Requesting the Deletion of Your Data
At SCP Studios Pty Ltd (trading as Surf Coast Prints), we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your personal information permanently removed from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the erasure of your personal data (often referred to as the "Right to be Forgotten"), please send an email to our Privacy Officer at:

In your email, please include:
- The full name associated with your account or orders.
- The email address you used to interact with our store.
- A clear statement requesting the deletion of your personal data.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data. We will then process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed from our active marketing and store databases.
Important Exceptions (What We Cannot Delete)
Please be aware that we may not be able to delete all of your data immediately. Under Australian taxation and business laws, we are legally required to retain specific transaction data, financial records, and order histories for a minimum of 7 years.
This means that while we will delete your account, remove you from all marketing lists, and delete non-essential tracking data, any records related to actual purchases you have made will be securely archived until the legal retention period expires.
