Shipping policy

I want your art to reach you quickly and safely. Every print is made to order, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Production

Please allow about 7 business days for your print to be printed, framed (if selected) and packed. Larger and framed prints can take a little longer.

Delivery within Australia

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Orders under $100: flat rate of $11.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order is dispatched. Larger prints, framed prints and deliveries to regional or remote areas sit at the longer end of that range.
Framed prints are packed with specialised protective packaging and sent by courier.

International delivery

I ship unframed prints only to international customers. Frames are bulky and delicate, so prints are rolled and sent in a protective tube, ready for you to frame locally.
International shipping is tracked and charged at checkout based on tube size and destination (New Zealand; USA & Canada; UK & Europe).
Any import duties and taxes for your country are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Delivery times vary by destination, usually 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

Carriers and tracking

I use a mix of services including Australia Post, Pack & Send and Aramex, depending on the order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.
